This facility represents our continued commitment to safe, modern infrastructure and clean water systems for Minnesota communities. Levanen Underground is proud to take part in essential public works like these—and we look forward to taking on more projects like this in the years ahead.
This spring, we were proud to once again support our local communities across Minnesota by taking on another vital public infrastructure project. This effort involves the replacement of 42 residential water service lines—part of an initiative to eliminate aging lead piping installed decades ago. Levanen Underground is committed to helping deliver clean, safe drinking water to the families and homes we serve.

Civic Center Ice Arena
Litchfield, MN
The removal and replacement of our local ice rink—one that many of us at Levanen Underground proudly skate on. With the anticipation of a brand-new addition to the facility and the challenge of tight grading tolerances, precise piping, and coordinated execution, our team eagerly took it on. We're excited to see our community back on the ice in Fall 2025, enjoying a space built with pride, precision, and local passion.

This multi-stage development will span two to three years, allowing for efficient utility phasing and coordination across phases 1A, 1B, 1C, 2A, and 2B. With detailed planning and our crews fully aligned, the work fits perfectly within our schedule. We're excited to see this project deliver long-lasting benefits to local residents and businesses.
National St Water Service Project
Blaine, MN
Our team successfully completed a challenging winter project in Blaine, boring 512 feet of 1" water service lines to two homes. This project highlighted our commitment to quality and expertise, ensuring reliable water supply for our clients. We look forward to taking on more rewarding projects in the future!
Water System Improvements
Webster, SD
Successfully completed Phase Two of the Webster Water project in Webster, SD! This phase included 60 water services and a few thousand feet of 6" main line The project went very well, and we are proud of the results.
City of Willmar
10th Street NW Improvement Project
This involved reconstruction of two blocks of sewer, water, and storm systems, along with the replacement of sidewalks and curb and gutter.
